It was very good value for money, which mattered a lot to us. As this was our first renovation, they were patient and helpful in dealing with novices and walking us through the process. They were flexible and accommodating when shipments were delayed and when a few items arrived broken, which helped keep things moving. They’re clearly very familiar with council flats (ours dates from 1986), and that experience showed in how smoothly they handled the quirks of the space. We also appreciated their practical advice on where to buy tiles and larger items. They also made a pocket door which works well and makes the bathroom feel more spacious. Communication was a bit difficult at times, but overall the quality of the work and the final outcome more than made up for it. Where we wanted something doing in particular, they took the time to make sure we were happy with the outcome before going too far down the road. Finally, they turned up when they said they would, and left the house clean and tidy after each day.
